Join the Morning Star Builders team for a construction tour at one of our luxury homes located in Magnolia, Texas! Spanning 5,000 square feet, this single-story home features a French Country style and includes four bedrooms and a four-stall garage. Aside from getting a glimpse of some of the must-have home features that are normally hidden from sight, there are plenty of reasons to attend this event. Here’s what you’ll see and hear during the tour:
- Insight into the design/build process as a Morning Star Builders client
- Details on how COVID-19 has impacted the building process
- Behind the scenes look at the home details and sample finishes

- A peek at building materials like the zip wall sheathing, spray foam insulation, and tankless water heater
This is your chance to see why some homes perform better than others and the unique details that go into designing a custom home! Attendees will also have the opportunity to talk with the builder and have your questions answered by an expert. Some of our trade partners will be on site to answer questions, as well.
Note: For the protection of all those attending the event, we will be practicing safe social distancing during the construction tour.
