Morning Star Builders has been in the news lately! We’ve been featured in both the Houston Chronicle and the Cypress Creek Mirror. Both articles are about the same project in Towne Lake, something we are very proud to be a part of.
Morning Star Builders will open a 5300 square foot home with breathtaking lake views through 75% of the home. The home will be a showcase for all the new options available in home design.
From the Houston Chronicle article by Flori Meeks:

Special features in the four-bedroom, four-bath house will include a barrel ceiling with fiber optic lighting in the entryway, a vaulted kitchen ceiling with exposed beams and solar-powered skylights with wireless remote control, a game room overlooking an expansive veranda, a caterer’s kitchen with extra storage and a second dishwasher and energy-efficient tankless water heaters.

From the Cypress Creek Mirror:

The home will be open for public tours during a two-month period. Ticket sales will benefit Operation Finally Home, an organization that supports wounded veterans and their families, and HomeAid – Houston, an organization affiliated with the Greater Houston Builders Association that provides housing and support for Houston’s homeless community. Morning Star anticipates seeing upwards of 6,000 visitors tour the home next spring.
