The team at Morning Star Builders has some exciting news; in 2020, we’ll be celebrating 20 wonderful years in business! The last 20 years have been such an amazing whirlwind! The very first home we built was at 28612 Lakeside Green in Magnolia, Texas, which is part of the High Meadow Ranch neighborhood. Located on the High Meadow Ranch Golf Course, this two-story traditional-style home was absolutely stunning! It spanned over 4,500 square feet and had a beautiful stone and siding exterior that fit the location of the home perfectly.
Since then, we’ve built many different styles of homes. From Tuscan to Southern Living, Victorian to Mediterranean, Transitional to French Country, Tudor to Traditional, we’ve done it all—including a treehouse! We’ve even become experts in an array of mixed-modern styles such as Modern Ranch, Spanish Modern, and Hill Country Modern. To date, we’ve built 76 homes in the surrounding communities and have helped homeowners move into their dream homes in the following cities.

Our team has also built homes in a range of sizes. The largest home we’ve built was a 10,000 square foot Tuscan-style home in the Hidden Falls neighborhood of Cypress, Texas. In contrast, the smallest house we’ve ever built was a Southern Living-style cottage that was just 1,200 square feet.
It’s safe to say there have been many milestones over the last 20 years, and we feel so lucky to be able to do what we love.
