Spring has finally arrived and, lucky for you, there are plenty of events in Houston to get you out of the house this April. From Easter events to a good old-fashioned baseball game, you’re sure to find something that will interest you.

An Old Fashioned Easter

Celebrate Easter as you travel back in time to An Old-Fashioned Easter at the George Ranch Historical Park. Start the day with a rollicking game of pocking eggs at the 1830s Jones Stock Farm. Then join us for an old-fashioned egg roll at the 1860s Ryon Prairie Home. Victorian egg-decorating will be held at the 1890s Davis Mansion throughout the day.
Be sure to hop over to our popular children’s Easter Egg Hunts on the gorgeous George Yard. Egg Hunts at 11 am, 1 and 3 pm SPECIAL LUNCH: Historic Victorian Easter Luncheon: Held at the beautiful 1890s Davis Mansion and prepared by the Park’s chef, Cookie, this historic meal is a perfect way to complete your Old-fashioned Easter extravaganza. Reservations are recommended, and tickets are in addition to general admission.
