The 2015 Magical Winter Lights is a new holiday tradition for Houstonians. For 52 days, you’ll experience larger-than-life remakes of well-known landmarks and landscapes from around the world with fascinating themed sections including Magical, Europe, America, Asia, Australia, Africa and Dinosaur Land.

Zoo Lights

Where: Houston Zoo

The Houston Zoo transforms into a spectacular light display and winter wonderland set to festive holiday music. Stroll through the grounds with hot cocoa as you gaze upon the beautiful lights on display. Be captivated by the life size animal light sculptures and light projections over 15 feet high.

The Wave Holiday Light Tour

Catch The Wave to see the tree at City Hall, the giant ornaments at Discovery Green and the stunning lights of River Oaks and Woodland Heights neighborhoods.

Woodland Heights Lights

Come out to the Woodland Heights neighborhood to see the homes decked out for the holidays with festive holiday lights. Check out the concentration of lights along Highland Street and Bayland Avenue.

Moody Gardens Festival of Lights and ICE LAND
