If you’re as Fixer Upper as obsessed as the rest of us, you’ve probably got an inkling of what it’s like to work in a home under construction. That being said, home design shows tend to only scratch the surface. So, if you’re wondering what you’re missing while binge-watching HGTV, we’ve got you covered! We’d like to invite you to join Morning Star Builders and the Paragon Design Firm team for an exclusive design and construction tour on Saturday, March 21st.
The tour will take place at one of our luxury homes in Montgomery, Texas. The two-story home features a “French Farmhouse” motif and picturesque views you can only get with a custom home design. Aside from getting a glimpse of some of the must-have home features that are normally hidden from sight, there are plenty of reasons to attend this event. Here’s what you’ll see and hear during the tour:
- Two-story home designed for the homesite to take advantage of specific views
- Behind the scenes look at the home details and sample finishes
- Luxurious owner’s suite and guest suite
- A must-see “French Farmhouse” motif
- Kid-oriented 2nd floor with a game room and adjacent bunk room for sleepover parties
- You’ll also have the chance to visit one-on-one with Ted and Yvonne Cummins, as well as the team at Paragon Design Firm
Because this event takes place in an active construction zone, spots are limited. In addition, be aware that this home is in a gated community, so you will have to sign in with the guard at the gate entrance and only those who have RSVP’d will be allowed in.
