At Morning Star Builders, we love learning about and incorporating innovative new technology into our custom homes. This is especially true when these cool new products also make our homeowner’s lives easier. So, we’re excited to share a little bit about a product we feature in our homes; Brink’s Push Pull Rotate door locks. Keep reading to find out why we love these creative door locks.
As the name suggests, Brink’s Push Pull Rotate door locks are designed to open three ways. Like most knobs or levers, Brink’s door locks can be opened by rotating or turning the knob or lever. What makes them more convenient than traditional knobs or levers is the ability to release the latch by pushing or pulling on the knob or lever. This makes it easier than ever to open the door when your hands are full.
According to the Brink’s website, “a quick bump with an elbow or hip, or a tug with a single finger can open interior or exterior doors more easily, and without setting down groceries, babies, or mobile phones. Although the Push Pull Rotate door locks are easier to use, they still stay closed and locked when the user wants them to be, exactly as a ‘traditional’ lock does.”
We’re big believers that Brinks Push Pull Rotate Door Locks benefit a wide range of homeowners, which is why we use them in our homes. They’re especially great when building an ADA-compliant home because these door locks make it much easier for homeowners with a disability to move throughout their home. Available in a variety of finishes and designs, including interior and exterior door locks, there’s a lot to love about this product!
Benefits of using Brink’s Push Pull Rotate door locks include:
- Easy to use
